  • Consumers will buy products within social networks and pay with points, credits or credit cards.
  • Conversation and sharing will have the most impact on social commerce
  • Social Commerce will grow to 5 billion $ this year and surpass 30 billion $ in the year 2015
  • Social Commerce will be able to show a broader view of consumer data – purchase, behavioral, and demographic—to form sociographic data that tracks not only what individuals buy but what their friends buy.

What should be done to drive social commerce?

  • Get started soon and use these channels to enhance marketing knowledge
  • Involve your customer and have him participate with your brand
